BEFORE BOILING:

Before cooking quinoa grain sieve rinsed several times with cold water.

HOW TO BOIL:

Quinoa thrown into boiling water (1 cup kasha give 2 glasses of water). Mix again for boiling water. We boil for 7-10 minutes on low heat. Time start to count from the time of re-boil water. When cooking quinoa do not mix! Water lightly with salt (half a level teaspoon of salt should be enough) and add oil (1 tablespoon per 100 g porridge). Simmer, covered, with a slightly ajar lid. Quinoa is cooked when the beans emerge white 'springs'.

ONCE BOILED:

After cooking, we withdraw any excess water and add butter or vegetable oil. Let stand for 15 minutes.

SERVING TIPS:

Quinoa can serve hot and cold dishes of sweet and savory; as an ingredient in salads, in soups, casseroles or desserts.

Bon appétit!
